Go-Karts

Preparation has already started for 2007. We have been out scouring the country looking for a suitable race van for next season. We drove all the way to Scotland today, but no joy. So, to cheers us up after a long drive, the whole family took off to the local go-kart track (Rednal Kart Racing, Shropshire). My brother and I have been racing each other hard since we were kids and today was no different. We picked up right where we left off - leaning on each other and constantly switching it up for the lead. At the end though my brother got the better of me (just barely) setting the fastest lap time of the day. I was .2 sec behind him, which was good enough not only for the silver but to set the fastest EVER female lap time on the track!
We are off to Bridgnorth tomorrow for the Street Race. Should be good times. I'll let you know.
